Frederick "Fred" Sills

The driving force behind our business, with over 40 years of invaluable experience as a licensed professional engineer. As a 38-year veteran who served from Vietnam to the 2nd Gulf War, Frederick exemplifies leadership and dedication. His extensive educational background includes an outstanding achievement of 4 Master’s degrees and 4 Bachelor’s degrees in different fields, underscoring his thirst for knowledge. Additionally, he has published numerous papers on technology and engineering, further showcasing his expertise in the industry.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER/SALES

James "Jim" Meadows

With a proud service record in the US Navy’s Submarine Service, Jim brings over 20 years of experience to our team. From Aerospace Quality Engineer to Commercial Construction expert in heavy lifting products, he excels in guiding customers to select the right rigging and designing lifting beams for projects. His expertise extends to teaching seminars on Qualified Rigger, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Trenching, and OSHA compliance.

We were founded and are currently managed by a licensed, Florida professional engineer with over 40 years experience.

This engineering focus forms the core of our business. An equally experienced sales, service and manufacturing team rounds out our lineup to ensure that our customized lifting devices are made with the specifications and requirements that are successfully translated into safe, functional, quality products. We proudly comply with the Presidential Executive Order #13788 and Federal Trade Commission requirements for the “Produced in the United States” designation.
